Eesti Energia on pääsenud edasi 10 finalisti hulka üle Euroopa "The Infosys Business of the Year Award" kategoorias.

Eesti Energia – Estonia
Eesti Energia of Estonia owns the world’s largest oil shale fired power plants and is the leading producer of electricity for the country. It extracts 90% of shale oil mined in Estonia and has the capacity to export electricity to neighbouring countries. The company has perfected its expertise in oil shale, an under-exploited resource, so it is now planning to expand into foreign markets through licensing its intellectual property.</description>
